Inactivity fee
If you do not place a trade or make a deposit on your Markets.com account for a period of 90 days, your account will be classified as ‘Inactive”. You will be charged a $5 fee for every month you are deemed to be inactive.

They offer live chat and email support 24/5, however there is no phone support if required.
